Due to the nature of our work, the costs for specific services is usually determined upon meeting. However, here are some of the general guidelines for our charges and rates:

Residential Hourly – $65
Commercial Hourly – $85
Mileage – Out of Whitecourt only – $0.70 per km

PC Specific
Tune-up Only – $75
Virus Removal – $75
Both Tune-up and Virus Removal – $150
Diagnostic Testing – $40
Hardware Repair – $25 per component
Laptop Hardware Repair – $30 per component
Software Installation – $10 per program
Data Recovery – $100 but can vary
System Recovery / Formatting – $100
